Did they take out the line tool in PhotoShop 6 or is it just I can't find it? can anyone tell me?

Haha! I wondered the exact same thing myself.
It's actually hidden behind the rectangle tool. (wtf??) Click and hold down on it and then select "line tool".
I haven't figured out how to get it to anti-alias yet though. It's always jagged.
Anyone else know?

Thanx for the help... Version 6 is way different than 5.5. In 5.5 after you typed a text is you wanted to render that certain layer you had to set the layer to renderedbut what do you have to do in 6 to edit the text layer?

first set of icons on top, click the third: "create filled region", the anti alias option should appear on the far right... a lot of shit was changed/moved around in 6 but after a while you understand why. i was lookin for shit all day
jerry, u wanna rasterize type? its in layer>rasterize>type or u can merge the layer w/ other linked shit as long as youre on a non type layer...

I don't like it much either.... but it was probably the same for people switching from 5 to 5.5... it just takes time. Thank you to everyone who helped.
