Hi people...
I have been on this forum for around, I dont know 20mins and I see alot of talented people here. Almost everyone of you can draw 100 times better than me. I have come up with an idea(had it for 4 months) that SHOULD interest most of you. Like I said before you people "can draw". I can script(html.java.flash.cgi.perl). I create webpages for a living(part time). This business pays superb money but only to the best. So as you may figured already, I'm looking for a talented graphics designer/artist that can use both 3d and 2d programs. I'm looking for someone creative and that has some time on his hands everyday and would like to get some money. What you would be asked to do is probably create simple graphics that seem difficult to me. Depending on how the customer pays(before project, after project, after project is done and advertsing is done or whatever), thats how you would get paied, depending on the number of graphics made and time put into them. At the beginning I cant provide contracts because most people needing webpages dont sign contracts but verbaly agree...... Ok after all the terms and conditions, heres my main point. WE WOULD CREATE A WEBDESIGN COMPANY. A average webdesiger gets 70/h. I have made many webpages and have some experience but I am still very young. So I'm also looking for someone under 18 or a bit over. Out 1st webpage would have to be our own. So people can go there and see how good we are and so on..as a graphics designer you would have to make logos, characters, menus...nothing too difficult and time consuming. Theres alot to gain and not much too lose. Most people that I know that started online webdesign companys have succeded. You will gain experience and after our webpage money. This is something I wanna try and have done before but was never into graphics...so if you have some hours free per day and are really good with graphics than contact me at

well im desperately looking for a job, but id like to know a bit more about this whole thing you want to do. you have any web pages you can show us that youve done? are you planning on doing this company over the net with who ever joins you? or do you have real office space? there are also a lot of web design companies out there. do you think you can get compete with them? the way you say we would get paid seems a little funny. i didnt really follow it very well.

call me paranoid, but im not going to think of even joining your company till id be a 101% sure your not just trying to rip some artists off.

Verbal agreements is not the way to go. A contract is needed for any work that you do for someone. It gives you something on paper and their signature saying they will pay you on arrival of product. You will get screwed a bunch if you think you'll get paid on verbal agreements.

Plus what is your companies name, domain url, style of webdesign (e-com., universities, businnesses, local establishments, etc.) You have a @hotmail email which doesn't seem to stable to me and doesn't sound like you would take this seriously.

Get your business name established, get the pre-business stuff completed (contracts, costs to charge, hosting choices), get a good relationship with a host (that helps with technical support, unless you are hosting these at geocities lol), and then send surveys out to the audience of who you want to do business with and get a small client list up and running, then ask for help with a list of clients ready to buy, THEN I think you would get people with confidence.....

GUY........
No I'm not trying to rip anyone off. I dont have an office...95% of the design business dont have an office..just a registered logo or something on the internet Everything else is like I said. I can't guarantee anything at the beginning. Thats why I said I'm looking for someone that wants to try this out with me. I already were doing this but aint too happy because I suck at graphics. So I found this forum and wanna see if anyone is interested in taking some time to develop this and than probably gain money. I already done this before and gained money and yes I do have experience with webpages and intros in flash and so on. Thats why in my previous message I'm looking for someone that has some "part time".

Chris....
Yop got most of that done...and I'm also in a great relationship with my host and so on...everything is ready to go. I even have a project right now..you have to understand that I have been doing verbal projects on everythnig I've done and they worked. That's because I didnt have a company established. Now I'm trying to do just that

95% of the business don't have an office?
Verbal agreements are the way to go?

have you actually ever done any professional work as a webdesigner or even been at a company that do?

You don't sound ALL that professional to say the least little buddy.

It's a nice dream, we've all had it, starting our own webdesign company and raking it in, but believe me there are BIG fish in these waters and it's not at all as glamorous and easy as it sounds.

Trust me on that.
