The new version of http://tiles.ice.org has been coded. There a tons of new features, too many to list in this message, please go check it out.

It is better to work on a tiles game this way rather than over email because everything is automated. Dozens of artists can work on a quilt at the same time, there is public messaging, voting and more!

One of the new features allows multiple quilts at one time. There is now a public quilt and a private one that I am an administrator on.

The problem with some of the previous quilts was that any joker with photoshop could just upload a piece of junk that they spent 30 seconds on, or worse just add some unblended grafitti to ruin everyone else's hard work. Even the beautiful tiles could look ugly when some unispired mess was placed next to it.

I am only inviting quality artists to the new quilt. That includes pretty much everyone that participates in these message bases.

The first tiles are already being/have been created, and believe me, they are a HUGE improvement over older quilts. Sign up quick before they are gone. There will be 10 rows of 6 colums (160X160pixels) for a total of 60 tiles. Once you are signed up you can create as many as tiles you want! Why not make a few tiles in the free-for-all game for some practice, while you wait for your invite from me.
