ok..i'm in some serious crap here.
i have this project due tommorow.
and i need to get this font.
i have no clue what the name of it is, but i
need it.
if anybody here can at least give me the name of it, i will be happy.
ignore the word student..i just grabbed a word from my project.

I'm just tha link-fixin' guy today...
(JIM, for further reference, it's 'www.geocities.com', not geocities.com'.)
I did a search on 'sans serif geometric' at makambo.com, and came up with one possibility:
Balance Light
Oh, no, wait, the 'E' isn't right...sorry. Alphaville looked close, but has the wrong 'N'.
It might also be one of those gray-area Bitstream knockoffs, which you'll find on any CorelDraw fonts CD. Keep checking the web, and Good Luck.
