Hi there.
The new GFXArtist site looks cool, but I'm not too keen on the "terms of use". Maybe it's late & I'm not reading it right, but does the statement mean that GFXArtist has the rights to anything you post and can effectively 'sell' your work with no compensation for it? |

Doesn't sound that way to me. They say that they can use what you post in relation to their site, but that's about it.
GFXartist Network does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to GFXartist...
...you are granting GFXartist Network, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission |
