Chapel,

Let's just say that I've dealt with some people who are all about themselves and can't grasp the concept of teamwork.

The reality is that colorists are usually in the background and especially at a studio like Hi-Fi, or someplace like Wildstorm FX or Artis Studios where the company name becomes the "signature" for all the talented people involved.

I hope the info didn't sound rude... I just want people to really know what it is they are submitting for.

Brian I understand the concept. I don't plan on being a superstar, but I'd like recognition for work that I did. I want to be considered part of the creative process and not a production process. By the way, I'm Brian Reber if you didn't know. I post on comiccolors.

If I needed more info is there someone I could email or talk to? I want to work in the comic field, but I need to know what exactly I am getting into before I submit. Ask Laura Depuy and she could probably tell you my problem.

heh are you even aloud to use the Hi-Fi name??? Isnt there a company that makes dvd players and vcrs and all that shit??? Id be carefull if i were you....

Hi-Fi is not a new company plouffe. They have been around for awhile.

Hi-Fi colour design, LLC

You are correct, Hi Fi, would be too generic.

Open positions are for the new studio in Phoenix. We have a realtor, and other relocation services/professionals to assist new team-members with the move.

Eventually, all work will be transferred to the Phoenix location before the end of 2001.

I couldn't agree more. My entire vision is based on teamwork NOT a production line.

Is this just for the Phoenix location? I have family that is 5 minutes from the KS location. I guess I'm gonna have to send in a portfolio to get more answers huh?
