Hi,
like the subject says, im a newbie at this forum. I registered a while ago, and have read many topics on this forum.
You probably think: "Damn, this guy's english is really fucked up!". Well, you're right :P
I am from the Netherlands. A country wich most people know as a paradise for drug-addicts, afterall, what we call "soft-drugs" (joints and stuff, NOT cocaine etc) are legal indeed. But enough about that, like i said i am from the Netherlands.
I used to draw some sketches on paper, mostly when i was bored on school, and well, i got enthousiast with drawing a bit. That's why i i bought myself a scanner and a wacom, and finally my drawing begin to look like somewhat more then crap ;)
Currently i am still going to school, a computer technology school or whatever you call it in english, and i'm drawing some logo's or promo's for website's of friends of mine. Having fun, but not yet any satisfaction. When it comes to digital-art, i am still a newbie, though i drew alot on paper.
What i am trying to say is: "Hi guys, i am new and expect me to post some work soon."
And last, but not least: Damn, this forum rocks!

you do not have bad english. as a matter of fact your english is better than a lot of people in america, an english speaking country (for the most part).

Actually, Americans speak a variety of languages, for example Spanish, Portuguese, and French. This is because "Americans" are more than just citizens of the United States. But yes, here in the US, we speak English. Mostly.

A little introduction:
I am Alan, also from the Netherlands (where softdrugs is legal :P. I've also read many topics on this forum. I have drawn for quite a log time, i learned drawing by copying pictures (Lion king, when i was little , street fighter 2...), now i can copy quite good, but my imagination often lets me down if i want to draw something from myself , I have'nt drawn for a while, but now i want to continue and draw more seriously and be able to draw cool fantasy art =)
I'm collecting money to order a wacom pad (which one do you prefer) then i want to start making digital art.
