I am a Paint Shop Pro user.
I would rather PhotoShop but dont have the money. I can tell you that at first impressions a lot of PS users say that PSP sux. However I can replicate and achieve identical if not better results in image manipulation that a lot of PS users, and of course Vice Versa. It all depends on how well you know the interfaces on each program.
I think PSP lacks features and is not as advanced. It is a good program for me because it is cheap and does almost the same as PS. I'm a student so I can't afford PS yet!
Anything else you want to know about it? I consider myself experienced in the use of PSP. So if you need help I should be able to.
