All of my friends and I find Compaqs to be the spawns of Satan. No upgradability whatsoever. They use integrated sound/videocards for chrissake. The whole thing has been designed for people who know NOTHING about computers and can't be bothered to learn. So that being a FAQ from the users doesn't surprise me in the least.
The design is nice occasionally.
