Hi Guys...
I practised a little bit with
my wacom. Used a foto reference
but somehow the lighting and
some proportions got strange.
Cant get it right. Some advise
would be great!

Not bad at all. Work more on the early sketch and try to stick to it!
I think something is wrong with the mouth but I cant be for sure. Try making it more triangular.
I think everything else has been pointed out.

I wish I knew the right terms, but I'll just explain what I see . . .
Looking at the reference, it's easy to see where you're painting has gone awry . . .
- the upper lip is too thin
- the whole face needs to be rounder, wider
- the colouring needs to have the contrast dropped . . . the right side of her face is looking too red (did you use burn? if you did you might have to paint it the right colour) . . . lipstick colour needs to be less contrasty too, the palette has to be limited more (less contrast again) with the hair, i think the whole thing needs to be more yellow . . . even the teeth
- i agree, the ear is too low, and it needs to be fleshed out more
- hairline needs to be softened
- middle of the two front teeth doesnt' aline with where you've drawn the middle of the nose
- oh, and drop her left (her left) eye a tad, or else you might make this woman look like the poor girl on the cover of this month's Maxim . . .
I think this one's on its way to looking very nice.

ahh you are right with the contrast! The colors were all wrong. I fixed this one already and now going for the rest. Lets see.
