I dunno why no one else has responded?
But I think these are some kickass pics.
#1 I love the face on this guy, really nicely done, and I like his outfit, but I think he is a kinda week looking hero. Maybe bulk him up a bit, and I more dramitic pose might help.
#2 This looks like a Predator guy. Once again I love the head and neck, and then don't really care for his body or arms or hands. I think you should do more detail on the rest of his body, because if you did the same level of work on the body as you do on the head this guy would look AWESOME! Great design on the guys skin as well, looks very aztecy or something.
#3 I love the face again, even though it is really low quality, or else your scanner isn't very good. Either way this one is awesome, i think his shoulders should be rounder and longer, you should be able to see some of his shoulder connecting to his arms with a shirt with sleeves that short. But it looks way cool. Keep up the good work.
I like all three.

Good to see you producing your own stuff Binder, I don't see anything wrong with second chances. :
The pics are a good start, you could do worse than doing some figure drawing exercises, what about colouring them?
keep 'em coming! |

Hiya. Looking good. They kind of have a Dragon Ball Z feel to them, mostly in the poses, but also in the third guy's face. Keep up the good work!
(Oh, and you might want to play with the levels a bit to get your lines to show up better.)

Like some here mentioned before your main problem seems to be anatomy - it's always the first obstacle in drawing. You seem to realy willing to go into this, so don't give up - your skill will improve with practice! The more you practice the quicker you get a feeling to the whole...
I recommand doing studies on everything you can find (I usually draw sth I am damn interested in, so I don't give up out of frustration about the first attempts ).
If you hae the money and time you can attend a life drawing class - sth I'd never had achance to do because of the lack of both ; but I will next year.
grab this here for the first studies on anatomy www.lightning-gfx.de/gallery/anatomy.zip
- but I recommand buying some good books about it (those of Burn Hogarth are cheap and a very usefull guideline)
I hope that helped a bit though I didn't commented directly to your pics - but keep it going;I'll keep an eye ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |
