LOL Its about time someone did that......you must be overjoyed with what he's done...its specifically what you asked for!.
Seriously though - I can see you've applied some of the basic planes of the face, which of course helps alot (more than alot). Now I don't know what you've drawn this from but I asume the lips arn't really that viluptuous. The eyes are to big in general along with the iris's. Generally speaking your eye lids will fall over (bottom lid will cover aswell) your iris, unless someones just stuck something up your arse without you expecting it. Even though we're viewing this from a slight angle, you can see the nose is uneven and the ridge line doesn't follow through as perhaps it should.
Again, i can't see the original, so of the features may actually resemble those portraid.
Nice though, ever tried the 'grid' way of doing things....its a great little excercise......though can be tedious. |

Thanks a lot for the help Lukais. You made really good points, a lot of people tell me i draw eyes too big, but i dont really see it, i will work on it though. About the planes, i try to draw them in now to get a 3d look.. i did it pretty quick though in like 10 min.. I will take my time more next time..
About the grid method.. i might try it.. But i wanna be able to train my eyes to see propotions.. but i guess it will train my eye..
I am reading a book though called HOw to draw fomr the right side of your brain, i didn't really get into it yet.. but after im done with it i think i will be able to see things a lot better.. |

mmm... yummi lips
I think you have the placement ok. The eyes are a little too wide-open, but I think that's been said. Cool! Pick a light source and practice shading next....

LOL!
I once wanted to do something like that, like rip it to shreads, then show a pile of shreads, but your technique was much more effective |

Maybe this topic should be featured on 3dpalette.org? That would bring us a lot more newbies! Woooooooo
And it's Shizofrenik (rus).. or Skitzophrenic (eng) depending on your nationality :p
Or wait.. did you say it on german? (ger)

What about
"Donaudampfschifffahrtskapitnsmtze"? That is really a word and the 3 "f" are supposed to be there.
@Bubonic: Maybe you should work on the mouth. It looks a little big. Maybe that is the result of a linedrawing. I mean the lips aren't limited by lines. It's smoother. Colour it and you will prolly get more crits.

The lips do look a little like afdrican lips heh, but work on the eyes, they're looking in all kinds of different directions right now :)
And the lines... why did you draw those lines all over the face ehhe (the big curvy lines)
El: i bet if i really tried hard, i would be able to pronounce that too!
