nice values! it would be cool to see how this looks zoomed out. i would suggest adding a bit of color and shadow to the surface of the eye, and vary the color in the eyebrows to give a sense of depth in the hair. nice job so far!

hey jim, it's look really nice.
i would suggest adding some shading under the top eyelid though, the eye isn't pure white and does accept shadows. you seem to have the shadows on the iris, but nothing on the whites of the eyes. i like the volume on the eyelids though, very nice.
