I have no Valentine. What a sucky holiday. I didn't even play any practical jokes on anyone this year. Usually I'll order some cheap flowers to one of my buddies and have the card signed "Your lover, Bob". That always gets a laugh.

You get no pity at all from me. I've never had anyone special to share Valentine's Day with.

Besides, it's all stuff and nonsense anyway. If they really cared about their significant other, they wouldn't need a holiday as a reason to do something special for them.

This makes February the 14th a great day for single people all around the globe to point and laugh at all the sheep.

just because you dont have a girlfriend, doesnt mean you can celebrate valentines day. As I see it, you can celebrate it with any of your loved ones. Friends, family whatever.

Not really, Panda, because A) The whole world doesn't celebrate Valentine's Day, and B)even if they did, there's a time zone spread of 25 hours, resulting in Valentines's Night being at completely different times around the globe.

in the countries that do celebrate valetine's, as night set in people would start reproducng in a sort of wave, syncronized with the rotation of the earth...

It's like this advert that's always shown at the cinema, some totally asinine shampoo thing about some girl who has a bad hair day.

"My heart fucking bleeds for you," I think, and, yes, I use sarcasm in my thoughts to myself.

"I've had a bad hair life."

Be happy for what you've got, Spitty. Enjoy it while it lasts. Then you'll have something else to add to your list of woes, later on in life.
