Man, this is so timely. I just hooked up another monitor about 3 days ago. Frost is right, you will never go back.
I was able to map my intuos so 3/4ths of the tablet were for one monitor and the other 1/4th was for the second monitor (which I use only for the tool palettes anyway). If you have one, it's under "advanced mapping". |

anyone use duel monitors? I have a tablet and just got two monitors working together. However, I find that moving the pen horizontally moves the curser 2times over than vertically. So if I draw a circle, it's an ellipse. Is there a way to get this to work better? |

Why use two monitors? So you can have toolbars and such on one screen and a big honkin' image on the other?

Skull: That's normal. Unless you want to change your tablet setting to be relative like a mouse works, so you'll need to pick up and drag your pen like a mouse to cover the 2 screens. Either that, or use half the height of your tablet, again in the settings.
Kingdork: Why what? Why two monitors? Because it's much more productive... once you have worked in dual-monitor (and not "duel-monitor" you will never go back. |
