Just thought I would mention something about this book I recently bought.
"Special Effects, the history and technique"
Covers everything from miniatures, matte painting to 3D FX.
It's a hardback, over 300 pages and plenty of full color plates. Even gives examples of how some of the effects where created!
It's a little pricey though, about $75 U.S.
It's an incredible book though, explains things that I never thought about and answers questions that I have been looking for.
sorry if this was brought up before. |
