[Superbug]

I haven't posted here forever. I think it's about time. Here's the first piece of artwork I've ever been paid for. I used the cover of the Chrono Cross Manual, as you notice she bears a strong resemblance to Kid.

This is for a band called fade. First up, some things I'm worried about. Does this seem like a rip? Her face because I did use Kid as reference? Secondly, what's good and bad about it.

hmm...is the form of the eye final? It looks a little bit strange...
personaly, i would try to add some more details, like this little "fleshball" in the eye (dont know how thats called in english).
More work is needed on the eyebrows n lashes.
Specularity, Shadows maybe even a litte redish tone around the eye (more blood under the skin there)
and finally a nice reflection in the eye.
Scan the Web for some references...

Nice.. Here are some i did... the light and glossyness of your eyes need a little more work on them.. they look pretty good tho..

Cool stuff jenn. I can see my eye doesn''t actually feel like an eye. Doesnt feel like there's substance in it. I got ya. I'll post it up on my website if i ever get done.
