How do you make a palette in PS so that I can save them for individual characters and such?

what do U mean. elaborate
you can clear the swatches and then paintbucket the colours you want in. then save it. then you can add a saved swatches selection to the colours you already have in your swatches. or replace it etc.

Just what you said Rinaldo. Click on the arrown in swatches to play around with them. Use the paintbucket to add the color you want to save.
