Well i can't really tell, but i know if you're good with Photoshop u can do everything (well almost :P)...so just start training... |

Yup. It's called Adobe Photoshop. It's widely available and currently in its sixth version.

Skill and technique are a much bigger part of it than the program you use. But yes, a lot of people (not necessarily all) use photoshop for this type of work.
