Get a darker pencil, don't outline so much. Use value to define form rather than line. Get a dentist...fast.

erm well outlining is fine, it depends on the style you were going for though...
anyways, your lower jaw is the only thing that i see needs immediate attention, i hope you dont mind me doing this but:

Ye ye G! I also thought the lower jaw was bit too thin and also check out the eye holes.. Make em bigger and not completely round, more like a circle with two angles/edges.

Just by your signature I can tell you don't
use any sort of confident stroke. Try to
complete lines by doing one large swooping
motion, instead of a thousand tiny
chicken-scratch lines to draw a curve.
