well... still haven't overcome my artist's block... so I decided I'd draw justin kramer... [hope you don't mind :\ if you have a problem with it, I'll remove it] got the picture from his post: http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/Forum2/HTML/007460.html

I don't do more realistic drawing very much, so this was a bit of a challenge, all in all it took me about 15-25 minutes...

let me know what you think

after I set the picture down for about an hour or so, I figured out that the lips and cheek to the right, are horribly messed up... I started working on them, but I went shopping for my girlfriend... and I didn't get to finish it, right now I'm at my friend's house, and I'll finish it later tonight =D it was really fun doing it... thanks for being an interesting subject justin =]

later =D

I think you should look at the eyebrows. I think if you concentrate on the angle of the face in relation to the eyebrows I think you will have an excellent picture. Also take a look at the pupils. They seem to be looking at different things. I would also remove the crease from the nose bridge area. That area should be shade I think. When doing life drawings I think it is a good practice to use guides. The guides will help you line up the eyebrows and the pupils. Great freehand work.

Nice job though

er... interesting subject for a drawing

doesn't exactly look like me (not that it should--you don't actually know what I look like!), but decent linework. Adding shading would make it look more three-dimensional.

don't forget to draw from life, too!
