That is the same Don Seegmiller! Here I will go ahead and post his short bio that he sent me.
Don Seegmiller �
Don is one of the top living figurative artists in the United States with paintings in over 400 private and public collections. He is represented by Wadle Galleries Ltd. Of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Articles about Don and his work have appeared in all major western art magazines including Southwest Art, Art of the Rockies, Western art Digest and The Santa Fean. His work can be found in the permanent collection of the Springville Museum of Art.
He is on the faculty at Brigham Young University where he teaches Senior level �Illustration� and �Painting the Human Head�.
Don has been Art Director of Saffire Corporation for the last 5 years. Saffire is a leading video game developer located in Pleasant Grove, UT. Directly responsible for the quality of all the art produced at Saffire, Don�s reputation and exacting standards have made Saffire into one of the top computer graphics and art producers in the industry. He is directly responsible for the management of 40 artists located at both Saffire locations. Occasionally, if he is lucky, he actually gets to do some art.
In his free time he had demonstrated Metacreations Painter 6 at many of the major conferences nationwide. His work is featured on the CD�s of Metacreations newest release of Painter and can be found at Metacreations Web Site. His art has been featured in Spectrum 7, Design Graphics Magazine, and Step by Step Electronic Design. He writes software reviews for digital art magazines and is a regular speaker at the Game Developers Conference.
