Hey there. Introductions I guess, my name is Rob and I found this forum by chance. I am just starting to use photoshop and would like for you guys to criticise my pencil sketch. Any ideas for background or improvments are welcome.

your lines are pretty scratchy. I think it would look better if you darkened some of them to bring out the more important corners and edges of the sketch. Then go back and shade to keep it away from the flat look that it has now. I like the idea of the drawing though. As for a background, I suck at those. Welcome to the forum as well.
