Hey
The coloring of the 1st face is strange, but very interesting, in a positive way. He looks a bit pissed off as well.
The second guy has a real self-confident expression going on, lovely. The shading is not the best possible, as it darkens to grey shades instead of darker skin tones.
You seem to know about the face anatomy, the parts are not just slapped together in hopes of something happening. There is a common problem with the 1st and 2nd pic, though. It's the noses, both are out of perspective, showing the hidden nostril way too much, twisting the nose to a unnatural position. That's the one big problem I can point out, and maybe that the way you painted hair is really messy :).
The scared pair of gon is great. :D

thanks guys for the replies.
gecko. well i know about the noses, and i think i did correct them alot of times, and when i didn't get it straight i just dropped it. but thanks alot for telling me
and thanks alot for the other words too!
bubonic, well the two big images was just a test, i did some ink drawings (small one) and scanned them and tried to color them.. and thats the way they turned out, i did use photoshop. paintbrush 100% opacity for ground coloring 50% for shading and 10-20% for details..
the eyes, i just started small about 80x40 pixles and doodled some, and thats the way it turned out after maybe 40 min or something
thanks alot!

I love the colors in the top drawing.
They both remind me of Klaus Kinski (which is a very good thing). He is a German actor who was in almost every Werner Herzog film. I recommend Aguirre: the Wrath of God (in case anyone is interested.
