Street fighter styles.....cool he's looking tuff, liking the hard edges and phat lines.
The sketchy lines combined with the heavier ones looks odd, two techniques that arn't mixing.

Hworang was my fav, I loved unleashing those non-stop annoying leg combo's.

I'm really digging your pic man, its got an awsome style with beautiful blue underside light source. I would say you should give the shading on the outfit another go however, as some of it does seem pretty rushed. Otherwise no worries!
