There's some thing that doesn't quite look right about it. Maybe something to do with lighting, but I can't pick it out. Suggestions?

I think there should be something more visible of the feet of the radio, vanishing in the dark. Like this it's pretty flat.
You might even want to move the position of the viewer a bit to the left, right or top of it, so you can include more of the side or top parts of the radio.
Also the topmost part of the loudspeaker isn't fully symmetrical, the left side has two corners in the shape while the right side has three.
Other than that, it's great, especially the textures.

This looks like an awsome texture for a 3d model! If it's not then I'd add some shadows and background...

hey, if it is a texture it looks pretty good on a model, heh, I made a quick model using only your texture, hope you don't mind :P

PS. I'm not going to use this model anywhere, just a test rendering. |

Cool Kaput. I like the model. Wow, I'm surprised that the detail of it can still be seen on the model.
Yeah, I do see the 3rd corner you're talking about. But only after I stare at it for a long time. heh
Kaput, how'd ya make the model ?
The thought had occured to me to make this a skin. And seeing it in 3d now, I think I will . Now the only problem left is to learn a 3d software package...
Which one do you use Kap?
