This is one of the first photoshop images that I've done. The pencil lines are too thick, since the image was small, and I had to scale up the size when I brought it into photoshop.

Cool pic! I like the pose alot. You couldn't have picked a sweeter character!
It would be cool to see a full body pic, since you've got a good style going already. The only thing I can suggest is to make the background less busy. Sometimes people put in crazy backgrounds to hide *ahem* crappy art, but you have nothing to hide. Bring the focus on the character!

Hehe, the reason I do that, is cuz I don't like to do backgrounds. In fact, almost all of my pics have either no backgrounds, or some half effort excuse as a background. But that'll change. I've seen some art in here, and it clearly shows how much effort these artists are putting into their art. I'm starting to put in more effort now. I'm also taking classes so I can draw backgrounds, too. I've never really drawn backgrounds, so I'm not very good at them.
