This Is a sketch which I scanned in and coloured. Its a fairly old on but I feel like im in a posting mood.

Im not that impressed with it really. although I guess it has its own kind of style about it. Anyway I got 89% which was a nice mark Although I dont know how you can put a % on a piece of art. Also the marking tends to be a bit Fickle,

no need to crit.

its very 2d

I like this piece for some reason. I think perhaps it's a blend of military and Aussie pride. *grinz*

As to the top hat comment... *shakes head*

Actually, its called a sloutch hat. I had to wear one for three years. A real pain in the ass, I'd rather the good old bush hat!

yEa ..

well im still in school... the hat is part of my school uniform...

Our school isnt like a military school though...

We do cadets and the hat is also a part of the Corps uniform ...

cadets is fully hard core heh.... We do drill, shooting absailing rock climbing and stuff... Also some ceromonial parades...

and anual corps camp... Which is fairly tough.... You have to trek through really hard steep terrain. There are no tracks or trails which sucks bush surrounds you all the time... Some guys can't do it and collapse in a heaps and have to be picked up... Usually for fat guys its pretty hard and when they can't go any further you have to take thier packs, two heavy packs on a back, but the pack is usualy is shared around....

And Leeches Galore... every day you pick off like 5 to ten leeches... Its fun getting a lighter and burning them off... heh

they get everywhere in you Boots in your dacks everywhere...

Its usually quite warm during the nights... but this year it was freezing like -3* I was just wearing a pair of boxer shorts and a summer sleeping bag, which was thin as. I woke up in the moring half way out of my hutchi in the dirt with ice all on my hair and sleeping bag... OUch

A hutchi is a sheet strung up by a ropp between two trees...

That's just TOO sick man especially the leeches part.

Finnish men (and nowadays women who want to go to army) suffer at -30'C at winter time That's pretty sick too... I myself dont like that too much and I feel a lot more comfy insides at winter time
