I would like some comments on this if you please. What should I put in the middle? Is it to dark? What about the colors/saturation? Should I take some psychoanalysis?

looks very "giger-ish" to me. it is nice. I think that it could be interesting if you would make the hole light and with perspective. like a hole reaching into eternity. I think it would be neat.
Ha en bra dag! (have a good day, in swedish)

Yeah man - get yourself some analysis there
Nice pic - love the textures, especially on the ulcer-thing. Very... scary.
And those things are "organic fuses"? Hmm. I'd hate to see the fuse-box...

Faust, get your ass in here. I need you to say how not-giger this is.
Seriously though, /me likes. Could do with a bit more contrast & saturation but i love the concept. |

Just because something is freaky and orgainic looking does NOT mean it is Giger-ish or Giger-like. It is obvious that he likes Giger's work or at least is familiar with it but, in my humble opinion, it is only similar to a Giger in design/lay-out. The look is quite unique. |

Oooh, nice! I dont thint it's too dark at all, in fact it might benefit form a tad more darknes in the shadow areas to give it a bit more contrast.
The meaty patch to the right is magnificent. Very well done.

You could always put a family portrait in there, give it to your mom for Mother's Day. |

Neat.
ill just ramble off improvements from my pov:
You should add more shadows, maybe some shadows pointing inward from all sides as though its surrounded by lights.
the hole, is it on the ground of the roof or the floor? make it more known where its placed...like something dripping in is respective direction.
try addind some more highlighs and shadows around the lip of the hole as to show a bit of a buldge. it looks too flat for anything organic.
umm, i can go on a bit more, but i feel ive said enough. if u think otherwise ill say more next time weee moo.

I'd say improve that ring around the opening a lot concerning details, contrast, a little depth and it's metal-like rusty appearance and leave the hole dark black. Makes it scary, not knowing what lies behind, IMHO... |

You dont have to put anything or nothing(suck english) I think the black hole is more interesting this way becouse you cant see nothing and this is so cool. your nightmare is out there in this hole.Do you want runaway? |

Do you like Giger ? Your picture's got a Gigerish style, really.. (and that's good )
BTW: the gamma of your picture on my laptop monitor is a bit high.

Thanks for the comments!
I certainly was inspired by Gigers stuff when I did this. Its really a clich using the organic/metal concept but its a good material exersice and thats what this is =). It started out as an oilpainting but when it got gray and dull I decided to scan the sketch and paint it in PS instead. Ill post the finnished ver here later.
