okay, most of the stuff I do is 3D, but here's a foray into 2D that I've been playing with.
And one of the 3D things I've been building on...

Well, what the hell. I've been working on it all night. Though I'm sure it's not exactly the kind of image you were hoping for.
(It's the texture for a space ship, incidentally... in case it wasn't immediately obvious.)

It's my next movie that'll be all 3d this time round.

Wow, Janne, great 3D head. I'd like to see how that comes along - it looks classy with no colour, and simply the bump map - like a sculpture. You've worked the lighting on that shot nicely as well.

It's a little big, so I I'll use a link.

Pencils: JOE MADUREIRA Inks: Tim "T-dog" Townsend (I think)
Early stages here. Just flats. Except for the Hulk. I would normally do the background as part of it, but I don't know what I'm going to do for it yet. Any ideas?
Liquid/Chris, did you do the original coloring of this? I've never actually seen it.
EDIT: fixed the link.

I hate posting progress pics.... Mostly because mine just look like a jumble of nothing. Plus it sort of ruins the surprise
Oh well, nice pics everyone

I started this a few months ago and haven't touched it since. I think it might have some potential if I ever decide to sit down and finish it. One day maybe.

*edit* - oh yeah.. I guess I'll post a pic
too.. this is one I started a few months ago and just haven't had the time to finish
yet. It's a pic of my niece, ummm.. she
doesn't actually have red hair tho.. I dunno
what I was thinking when I did that.

here's my 3D model... ack it's low poly and probably could be done by anyone in half the time I'm taking on this....
working on turning this robe into a perky girl... using only a face and hands... any suggestions?
BTW Janne what did you use to make that head model?
the only high poly technique I know currently is taking my low poly stuff and smoothing it in MAX.... |

WOW.... I just flipped that pic horizontally to see if I could spot any more errors... And... I don't think I'm going to work on that pic anymore. |
