Ok...Friends...
About the riddle : no more suspens...It was Painter from MetaCreations...! (a nice software).
Now I would like to show you the phase 2.
here is the Phase 2...
Any feedback - welcome.

OOHhhh Ahhhhh, A new post to play on yea!!! I liek the way you kept the highlights white, thats really cool, plus the painter brush your using kind of makes it look like its watercolor on thick textured paper, very nice indeed.
Some half-wrong frech: C'est tres bien. Tu es bien artiste.

Thank you Dryfire...for the compliment..
Painter is a really very good software because you can simulate as far as possible the natural media.
In Europe, Painter is very popular..But Photoshop still the main product.
