The game is a total rip off of Guess Who.

I suppose could stand to add lots more contrast, and maybe take away the cheesy text. but my classmates liked it.

Well... you have two options...

(1) Leave the image as is and code the game. That image IS rather startling to look at, and I mean that meritously.

(2) Clean the pic up and sacrifice the valuable time needed to code a game

I'd take choice one... that background figure really looks stricken (yeeheeheheheeheee) >

well the pic looks freakish.
hopefully it won't look less frightening when you use better anatomy. eheh.
his face is too small. and his mouth might be open too big, but that could just be because of his shrunken face.
just his nose and eyes. his mouth and teeth are the right size.
