I like the character but I would think about the skin texture. It looks a little like old metal to me.
I also would change or remove one of the colors of the sky.
Besides I could never create something like that in 3D.

The image looks good. My only concern is not being able to make it out. The character is way too dark and difficult to make out. This may have been the effect that you wanted but unfortunately the background doesn't compliment this. It makes the image strange, well lite background, very dark character. Might be something to think about.

The idea was for it to be dark and quite similar, tangled, plant-ish, I dont like light scenes for this kind of thing, thats more for buildings and normal stuff, this is meant to be weird and colourful and not sticking to doing it how everybody else does.


Matt: I actually lightened the background considerably because I expected everybody to say "the background should be lighter so that the character stands out" but I guess you cant please everybody, or sometimes even anybody lol.
