In my opinion the pic looks quite accurate for a male manga-char.

Keep on practicing! (would like to see some more work from you!) ^_^

omg.. that link has 4 w's.. but it works.. how is this possible?
http://wwww.regn.nu/art/mangac.jpg

neat drawing, looks very stiff, try not to draw from measurements, rather draw your figure then measure it later to make sure its correct

im still baffled by that 4 w's thing

Hi! As they said, you could try to get inside of manga - what makes character look manga. "How to draw manga" is good book - as Svanur said - but if you don't want to buy the book you could search some tutorials over the net. Hmm.. also look at manga/anime pictures carefully. Do you know this site?
http://www.anime100.com - maybe this good start for you. Hopefully. Keep practicing. Don''t give up.

Here's my favorite anime drawing resource. It's where I learned how to draw it. Very cool site! (and it's not a book!) hehehehe

http://www.jdillon.net/tutorial/index.html

I found the "faces" section particularly helpful. Good luck!

there are some aspects of manga in this but for example the eyes are really weird. I suggest you actually read some manga. You might try to copy a char from a manga book to see how it should look.

You should read "How to draw Manga" if you want to learn some Manga-esque techniques. A very useful book if you want to learn about manga.
