Okay, this was done in like 20mins during my lunchbreak using a ball point pen and some printer paper. I based this guy on one of my favourite cartoon characters.

This is Professor Nova from Yukito Kishiro's epic "Battle Angel Alita" ("GUNNM" in Japan). In the end, he's not completely evil, just really mental . . . I mean, that scar is from where he sawed his own skull open to show Alita he had a chip for a brain
Oh, as for the image, I did it in Photo-Paint 8, with a mouse, in about an hour.
