As a "graphic designer" (not by profession) i am intimidated by making websites for my art. My art may be ok, but its such a pain to make good websites that make you say wow. I have a coulple that show my work, my domain is messed, u can check it here- http://www13.brinkster.com/mikewilliams |

For web pages, my opinion is that simple is almost always better. |

some notes..
Demanding the user have a particular resolution or color depth is a big no-no.
Your logo on the left hand side is very difficult to read.
To be nitpicky, i'd mention that menus of navigation options are by de-facto standard placed on the left hand near the top of the page, but those rules obviously don't hold when your primary goal is exposure or atmosphere as opposed to getting return customers ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/smile.gif) |

Having a bit of a cruise around and like what I'm seeing. I guess my main comment is the front page seemed a little cluttered. Maybe if you reduced the size of the text this would 'uncluter' it.
The image link was also broken so I couldn't see stuff.

Do it right!
There's nothing worse than putting good work into an awful website - get a designer to design it!
Not to pick on Craig, but his work is absolutely breathtaking, and the website just does not live up to the work:

I mean, would you put all your nice illustrations into a beat-up, crappy cardboard portfolio? Presentation counts!
As far as your site - it's too big (800x600 is about max these days), the navigation at the top takes up too much room, the logo is too big, and frames are evil. Very evil. As are popups - avoid them, they irritate like nothing else, design around them.
Also - your portfolio needs thumbnails, so we can pick what pieces we want to look at.
