| I just thought of an idea.. Why not have a Mirc channel for such great artists on this forum.. You can talk to great artists in real time.. The chan is called #Sijun on an EFNET Server.. Hopefully we can get some bots and stuff.. Come on in, I will probably be there.. Spread the word!!! |

#digitalart has been on efnet for quite some time....lots of us are in there (micke, joachim, frost, darkmoon, binke, sc00p, icannon, nori, above, synj, myself, and lots of others are regulars there).
Unfortunately, when I installed dsl I also installed a firewall, so bye bye irc.  |

Tinusch, how come you cant connect to efnet ?
Is it only the servers that dont work or what ?
I have a nice list of efnet servers if u want some.

I can connect to most other servers, just not EFnet. I used to have to connect to a separate Home.com server, which worked fine, but now it doesn't anymore. I used irc.home.com and irc2.home.com, now I can't connect anymore.

I used to have the same problem.. trying using any of these efnet servers..

Funny I've never been in a chatroom or irc! Hmmm...but I love this MB....strange! But anyway I pretty niave to the whole irc stuff....so have fun.  |

urk I stopped using EFnet a few years ago since it started splitting like crazy. That breakup with IRCnet didn't do any good either ; it's hell to find working servers !
Nowadays I hang around on Superchat. Nice quiet network that hardly ever has any netsplits or has any lag. Maybe I should touch wood... ! But we've survived the Turkish chatters invasion so we should be ok
I'll try and come say hello to you guys in #digitalart again
