are there any good books out there on perspective and 3d drawing and even shading maybe? thanks guys

Just do a search on the forum for perspective

a very nice book that is pretty basic :
Perspective William Powell

one of my favorites is Perspective for artists by Rex Vicat Cole

Creative perpective for the artist....I can't find the book right now so I don't know the author, but that should get you started..good luck
