I'm a bit worried about your dog being caled Chum though. That's a brand of dog food down here.
I knew someone who insisted on calling her pets death defying names; horses called Clag "a brand of glue", pigs called Crackling etc

Digi, an Olympus Camedia C-1400 L. The name may be different in the US.
The cat is actually old, he'll soon be 14. He just looks cute every now and then. Most of the time he just looks big. :P

We had a cat. His name was Kissa. He mysteriously dissapeared a couple of months ago (he was an outside cat), and I have a suspicion that our neighbour's cat ate him... I mean really, it's foking huge! The thing coughs up hairballs the size of normal cats.
I have a rilly kick ass pic. of him, but don't have a scanner...

*sob* *sob* .... I miss my kitty .... He disapeared too when my parents sold their house and moved without telling me.... they're like that. Anyway, now (a year and 1/2 later) my mother says to me on the phone that she thinks he curled up and died under the house because there was a stink she couldn't get rid of. She's so cruel! I personally think the stink was her soul rotting....

that's sweet. It's ok though, I'll get another cat someday... when I am more stable :/ (?) Nah, I'm just scared it would be traumatized and run away. I had another cat Brizza, but my boyfriend gave her to a friend because we had to move to an apartment that didn't allow pets. She was pretty cool, black with gold eyes and red highlights in her fur. She used to sneak up on me and pounce me when I was sleeping.

I have three doggies. I have two li'l ankle-bitin' doggies (black and white) but they aren't poodles, thank god! And my big old rough and tumble Joey, who is the coolest dog with the best personality I've ever seen in a pet. He's a sassy little munchkin who was clicker-trained, so he plays dead like crazy, man. Ever owner thinks their dog is the cutest, sure, but my dogs ARE the cutest! *gets out the beggin strips* Iiiiiiiiiiit's baaaaaaaacon!
