sorry for bothering you guys for the 4th time i think :P, anyways..i was looking at some drawings and i was thinking of a plane wing..those ones that get bigger at the front and are smaller at the back of the wing..and the front is curved..and i have no clue how to draw curved surfaces..so? maybe one of you could help, thanks guys!

In drawing, I've often built simple models in Bryce , then lit them and posterized the image to "study" a simplified version of what I am trying to draw. If you have access to a 3D program, that might help. I got a bit of advice from an art instructor regarding curved surfaces. "Internal shading is smooth, cast shadows are sharp." Also Craig Mullins at www.goodbrush.com has samples from his art center class where they drew blobs and cylinders for a semester. It might have something useful for you.
