Dunno about art but it's the place that spawned melodic deathmetal

Whoa!
I love Melodic Death Metal..
Have you guys heard Opeth? In my opinion they are the best and most experimental band in the death metal scene.
Check them out.

btw, new homepage design on the way. check out http://home.swipnet.se/tyron/front.jpg

Took: I'm going to In Flames concert the coming thursday..
Oh! BTW me and another dude are the founder of the official Italian In Flames fan club

There are going to be In Flames + Dark Tranquillity + To/Die/For + Sentenced

Binke: I think the school you're talking about is called Valand school of fine arts, am I wrong ?

For what I can see at http://www.valand.gu.se courses are in swedish only.. so I'm gonna have to learn your language first of all! :P

You guys heard KillswitchEngage? Its a rather new band consisting of ex-overcast and aftershock members. They play extremely agressive metal in the Goteborg style. www.killswitchengage.com has some Mp3's. Takes some getting used to but its quite worthwhile.

Edit : be sure to check out Undying as well. Great melodic deathmetal with a hint of black metal and metalcore.

Binke: I'm waiting to see if I'm going to work in London or not. In the latter case, I'm going to move to Sweden to study. A friend of mine already moved to Goteborg and I'm gonna be there too. You Swede are paying students just to study at a University.. and we're getting free cable tv and internet connection.. not that bad if you're accustomed to the Italian style (you've only got to pay for whatever you want to do.. )

I'm just waiting to see if the dudes at sports.com are gonna hire me in London or not.
