I think it's funny when this sort of thing happens. It just highlights how annoying the net can be. Normaly anyone acting like this would get the shit smacked out of them. But here anyone can basicaly do what they want without any real consequences. Do you talk to people like this face to face faust? What happens? Just as war is the natural consecuance of politics, physical violence is the natural concequence of a verbal disagreement if not sorted out. I think it's quite a feat to compleatly smash your opposition into whimpering silence. Heh you'll no doubt notice that everyone who dissagrees with you ends up shutting up, and anyone left starts crawling up your ass. I wish I had the time to get that good at verbal bashing.

you see, the people around me, when i showed the picture to them, they didn't go on a fuckyou trip, thus i didn't do the same, harmony continues.

it's for the same reasons as the people around me DO have a thing to say about tehse people here just sucking veb's ass for drawing 20 conan's per day, idolizing a few unnamed individuals to hell and back, yadda dadda.

Now comes the part where you get all warmed up. I have no problem with your image, never did, never will, I understand why you put the image up here, but I don't understand where the flaming things starts and thats what I'm talking about.
However given your comments I find it hard to fathom that if you claim not to like anyone here, and seem to have developed a negative relationship with people on this Forum (not to mention that you claim to not like anyone here) Why post stuff that means something to you?
I would also note that if that "blind fucker" is directed at me then you are effectivly giving me a "fuck you" which to my mind is unprevoked.
You are also putting words into my mouth. by giving me a set of contrived and fabricated "beliefs" (if that comment is aimed at me). I mean sure if I had said something to that effect then go ahead. Well, call me nutty but I kinda dig the attitude. It sure does spice things up, and if you don't take it too seriously or personally, it makes a pretty good read. I've noticed (as probably a lot of other people have) that faustgfx's posts generally seem to result in a lot of heated exchanges. Most of the time they have little to do with the artwork, which is kind of a shame. He's definitely not the cuddliest guy around, but I think he has a more or less unique take on the art thing, aside from all the Giger comparisons, which may or may not be fair. Maybe he got a little defensive after the first couple of responses, which resulted from his sort of spiky delivery.

I just think you can't expect everyone to follow the same etiquette habits, even though that generally makes things go a little more smoothly. Like I said in that earlier thread about breaking up the forum, I really like the chaos here, and this is a perfect example of that. He may not have been extremely gracious in his inital message, but he did include a warning about the size of the download in the subject.

Why don't we just calm down a little and have a little tolerance of others' "personalities," and maybe just count to ten before posting a rage-induced rebuttal?

um. if its not for us, then whats the logic in posting it here? if its not for some type of critique or comment, or for some hidden plea for attention, then what? i mean, it may not be, but thats the only rational thing we can think of. people dont post pics on this forum unless they want feedback, and by you saying "you guys arent meant to see it" only shows you really want attention but dont know the right way to get it. if im wrong, correct me.

now, for a critique on the image. its very abstract, that can be good or bad, i dont know what your picture stands for or what hidden meaning is portrayed there, but if it reflects something youre feeling then fine.....the hand looks very awkward. the spacing of the fingers is way to broad and the angle at which they connect to the hand is very strange also...

thats all.

and just a little sidenote... im sure none of us on this forum are the least bit offended by namecalling of someone on the internet.... so theres no point in it. lets just stop the whining. if faust wants to be negative, lets just let him and not worry about it :\ theres no point in getting aroused over pointless whining and bitching.

Ok, i was out of town since thursday night. I just got back, and well....

i didn't read this entire thread...just enough to know that i'm really getting tired of this kind of stuff. I'm not putting blame on anyone since i didnt go through the thread and the history of everyone that said something. And frankly i could care less who did what first and was wrong about what.

i really like how some of the fingers look like they are shattering apart.. i think its a cool effect that im gonna mess with.. as far as the characters head ive seen something similar and cant think of where. btw is the heart in the hand suppose to be glass, i like the chipped look, but if u were aiming for a glass look i woulda put more refraction, it just looks semi transparent. The solid black tenticals on the right side are done nice.

btw i like how u take time to say fu to nearly everyone, u must like antagonizing ppl. but if thats ur thing go with it i guess
