...Just to introduce(sp?) myself. I'm Dino and I'm addicted to Art, just like most everyone else on the board 
Here's a quick 'back to school' pic I did for a friend. It isn't the most exciting piece and the backround is REALLY cheezy...Nonetheless it's the most recent pic I've done despite it's cheeziness. Anyways I'll post something a little more serious next time around...

wow Dino, nice stuff !
Im very impressed by the nice coloring job and i love the comic book feel to it as well.
The only thing that kinda bugs me is the plainess in his grey leg. Maybe define some muscles like u had done on the rest of the body ?
Nonetheless, its a detail..
Overall, nice stuff !

i totally dig that comic book style you got going on there...
hrmm...as with the other post that grey leg makes me twitch... maybe define the grey leg's muscles and leave it grey, and then leave the back hand solid grey like you have it, that way its kind of like receding...
anyways its cool, luv it

Thanx guys...glad u like it. As for the the grey side of his body I just got lazy Actually the grey side of his body was meant to be blue...but I guess when I adjusted the hue/colour of the pic so it would reflect the
backround's colour it became grey...my bad

Thanks again guys...and I apologize again about the lazy-halfassed effort on the grey side of his body.
JeffaCake it seems that your the only person having trouble seeing the pic...so I'm not exactly sure if I can fix it. Maybe when you checked out the thread my server may have been down?

| I don't know if any of you are Tool fans, but their lead singer (Maynard James Keenan) looks just like that during some concerts (except he's bald)...just a thought... |

'course now, with A Perfect Circle, he just stands around and never comes out from behind his really long hair. Weird; he used to jump around like a mad bastard with Tool.
