Rinaldo- I'd say you have a better than average chance to get a job in the games industry. Your work shows a lot of imagination and strong drawing skills. i agree with Francis that your sketch work is more impressive than your 'finished' work, but that's okay if you want to get in on the conceptual side. I tend to look more at people's sketches for a good look into their imagination. The sketch you posted for people to paint over I think is excellent - very expressive and a cool design to boot. Some of the painted work lacks a little color sophistication. What I mean is, that you are loosing depth because you are not reflecting other colors into your tones - each color is shaded just with darker or lighter values of the same color, which makes everything seem flat and more importantly the whole image doesn't flow together. the robot is a good example of that, every piece looks like it was cut out of a different image and pasted together, because the colors don't 'relate' to each other, except the little touches of reflected color in the metal. I would recommend more observation of real life and how objects, colors, light and surfaces interact with each other.
