theres a few things that come to mind when i look at it.
1-how many teeth does this bay have?! wow! could put a shark to shame seriously..looks like 7 top teeth in the front and then you have the molars..looks wrong!
2-i dont know how to make it better..but the nose looks fake. the inner nostrils should possibly show..and the overall feel is just..fake.
3-the eyebrows..looks good..but move one up or down to make them align in perspective better
4-the eyes..i like plenty. dont change em!
5-the tongue..maybe show the tip of it or something? id play around with that a bit
i like the tones and most of your changes IMO are minor..but necessary.
good work though!

As stated previously...The mouth/teeth need work...But otherwise, it looks pretty good to me!
Smiles are probably the hardest expression to draw on the human face, specifically because of the changes that undergo facial structure during a smile.
For the teeth, I'd suggest getting reference of skulls -- draw yourself some construction/perspective lines around the image to get the angles down properly, and then get some photos of skulls that are in the same angles (not an easy task) -- I ended up buying plaster and rubber replicas of skulls specifically for that.
