i download for a full, no-limits trial. don't have much of a choice, i'm a student. but when i graduate and go start my own company i will most certainly shell out thousands for legit copies of maya, renderman, photoshop, and after effects. i download stuff so i can learn it at home as well as in the classroom...i don't see anything wrong with education. but if you're running a business, don't be a dick. buy the legit copy.

i d/l because i'm poor. when it's in a business setting, i buy. if it's a game/movie i really really like, i will buy it even if i've already d/led it, because if i like it that much, the company deserves my money. same with cds. i have burned copies, but if i love the music, i use them to tide me through till i can afford to spend the money.

My view is so long as you are NOT making profit off of these programs, what is the harm? Being a student myself, the learning process should atleast be free. So yes I download also.

I downloaded when i was still in school. I learned how to use the programs that way. When i started working in the sector, i switched to legal copies.

When you�re not making profit off it, warezing appz is okay. When you�re making money with it : buy them.

i am only buyed the FLASH 4 because i "finished" my learning in FLASH

fhotoshop , poser , 3dsm , bryce are all downloaded cause i'm rookie / beginner in those program
but i believe when i finish my learning i'm gona buy the photoshop only...

when he was at school he was doing comission work.. du think He had a legit copy?

although he verywell could of, seeing that he stuck with v 3.0 for a long time..

But these products arent really designed for the home user playing around with them for a bit of fun... they are professional tools..

they should bring out a cheaper home user version...

eg just like rerelease ps 3.0 again at a cheap price for the home user and marfket

i hate supprises or lack of content in programs and games that cost from 90-1400 dollars, so i download them first and click, shift-click, and yes, alt+shift-click every button.

if its good, i use it and see if i can get good at it, then i use it a lot and after 2 months i think back and log how much ive used it and see if its really worth buying.

like, i bought this game called death rally a long time ago and im sorry i didnt download it first, i stopped playing it after 2 weeks.

but if its really cool, ill buy it...after i download it first always download first.
