I am curious as to what you where thinking when you created this one. It looks like a stripper who is about to rip off his jungle man things.

if he lived in a jungle.. He wouldnt need clothes. Cept when he goes to the village. If I lived in the jungle I would want a pair of underpants. And maybe a cloak for when it gets cold. Oh.. And a wonder bra. Cause running and being female makes for sagging in old age. I think the female for this guy would be 5'9 Well proportioned.. blonde hair blue eyes.. mud on her cheek.. Mm.. Sorry..

Dude! I love stuff like this, especially the coloring. Great facial expression.
Mind if I ask what your inspiration for this art style is/was? I love this sort of stuff and try to do similar work. Looks like a cross between some of Alan Tew's Stuff ( www.beeba.net ) and the Capcom art I was asking about earlier.
Killer piece. Got any more?

Heh, that's nice. Leaves look great. I think the outline could be cleaned up a bit, especially at the bottom, but other than that it looks great. Sword would look cool with more reflectiveness too. |

Very nice. I like the 'animation'-style shading, very effective. The texture on the leaf draws too much importance to it as an element, however. As well as the fact that it is copy-pasted. Like the subtle stitching effect on the arms. The linework definition on the torso works well, reminds me of Aeon Flux. Might want to carry a little of that style into the legs for consistency. Thighs are a little thick for the torso, feels like he's got to straddle to keep his thighs from rubbing and making cricket noises when he walks. Good work, looks very professional. |
