Wassup guys.. well it may not be 3D but it's animation (well, shitty flash at very least) I'm in charge of doing the next Toon Director toon over at www.nick.com , so far I've just gotten the trailer done as the script isnt finalized, but check it out nonetheless, and feel free to vote on the plot points!
Its the button on the bottom right, with Dim Dung Beetle and Jittery Jaguar.

Took me about 2.5 days to put together, i had done the character designs the week before but it took a while to bring them all into flash and break them down and reconstruct them. The full toon will be coming in umhmm.. 3 weeks or so I believe. I'll letcha know... And oh yeah, I didnt write it or do the sounds, I just drew and animated it and swore at the stupidass producers that make me do things I don't want to.

They are the same basic character designs, I added some shading to the CIA guy for dramatic effect though.. I spent a ton of time bringing them into flash from illustrator. I had to make each arm/leg/joint/eyeball/eyelid/whisker/etc..etc.. a different symbol so I can animate it easily.
God I hate flash and how I have to have each body part symbol on a different layer.. gets to be a bit crazy with a 6-legged beetle with 3 parts to each leg in a scene with another character and background items. Flash=evil

Flash IS evil!
Did a good job on that kinda isolated animation though, especially with the jag's tail, very nice.

Andy,
I love the dung beetle with the pencil, that's just perfect, and the jungle scene was well done. Also nice job on animating the CIA agent, he looks really good.
Are these the same vector characters from your comps to nickelodeon? Or did you have to redo/refine them once they chose their favorite?
As for criticism, I just think the jittery jaguar at the beginning looks a bit stiff, and the voice acting is pretty bad, but its not you, so its okay to say that. :)
Anyway, can't wait to see the whole thing up on the site, good job bud!
