Well i saw some others draw her so i just felt like it too.
the hair isnt very dark because i only have an hb pencil *DOH
anyways have fun, if u want the refrence pic ill put it up. bye :P |

Two topics with the same subject, hot damn! 
One thing I noticed about your drawing is that the chin sticks out too much. Makes her looks a little masculin. Other than that it's great. Kind of looks like Fred's style. I like how you caught the cast shadow from the upper lip to the lower lip. I didn't even want to deal with that in mine.

Ahhh the chin, i just caught that, thanks alot fat,
i saw your webpage, i Really like that torso drawing, it reminds me alot of that bad guy on record of the lodoss wars... its an anime dunno if youve seen it, or into it.. 
hmm wierd we live kinda close ...

I don't know about correcting the chin.. I'm sure Fat Assassin is totally right about it being not-quite-right, but personally i find it very attractive.
One thing i would suggest is get some good B-range pencils some darker darks in the shadow of her cheek bone and eye ridge would really bring this image to life. Darker in the hair as well.

Audry Hepburn was famous because of her pretty curved nose - in your drawing she has a greek nose
