well, I've just been inspired by a friend of mine to learn to draw anime style because of my japanese background. Can anyone recommend a good archive where I could find references, etc... I'm also going to go out and buy some comics (in case anyone was going to suggest that).

work through some of the tutorials, that's a pretty good beginning, i think.
and visit her board, it's nearly as awesome as this, the chief difference is is the contrent: pure anime
